Julian is well-known throughout the submarine fiber optic industry for his insightful market analysis and project management skills. He has worked in emerging and developed international markets for nearly 20 years with blue-chip companies such as Global Marine, NTT, Cable & Wireless, Chevron, and BP. Since joining Pioneer in 2001, Julian has led projects for clients from all segments of the submarine fiber optic industry and continues to publish his research on submarine fiber optic markets around the world.
