Julian Rawle, MBA—Managing Partner
Julian is well-known throughout the submarine fiber optic industry for his insightful market analysis and independent viewpoint. He has worked in emerging and developed international markets for more than 20 years with blue-chip companies such as Global Marine, NTT, Cable & Wireless, Chevron and BP. Since joining Pioneer in 2001, Julian has led projects for clients from all segments of the submarine fiber optic industry and continues to publish his research on submarine fiber optic markets around the world. In 2006, Julian became a Managing Partner in Pioneer and has led the company's development into a full-service consultancy for the submarine fiber optic industry. Linda Van Haren—Financial & Operations
Linda has an extensive background as an entrepreneur and managing her own technology firm until its sale in 2002. Linda now directs all financial aspects as well as handles the IT operations of Pioneer Consulting. Linda began her accounting career at New England Life Insurance Company and became a vital part of the organization’s partnership with IBM to computerize the accounting and billing functions. Linda holds an undergraduate degree in Accounting from Fisher College and continued her education at Northeastern University in computer programming.

Christine Schinella—Marketing Logistics Manager
With a background from the publishing industry, Christine joined Pioneer Consulting in 2000 as the company’s Art Director where she supervised the final production of market research reports as well as produced marketing collateral. In 2008, Christine’s role with the company evolved into the position of Marketing Logistics Manager where she continues to be responsible for all company-wide promotional material as well as coordinates company participation for industry events. Christine holds a B.S. Degree from the College of Arts and Sciences, Concentration Graphic Design, from Northeastern University.
