North Adams, Massachusetts and Red Bank, NJ -  September 20, 2005 - Pioneer Consulting, LLC and Kidorf Innovative Methods have today forged a strategic alliance to offer an integrated package of commercial and technical products and services to their respective clients in the field of submarine fiber optics.

Each company will draw on the expertise of the other to provide a broader range of capabilities when competing for technical and commercial market studies.
