With more than 30 years of experience in subsea cable, Bruce Pudney will join the company on June 1, 2025, as Director of Client Solutions.
HOBOKEN, NJ, May 29, 2025 – Pioneer Consulting, the full-service submarine fiber optic telecommunications consulting and project management company, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Pudney as a new Director of Client Solutions, continuing to grow its core team of industry professionals.
“Bruce will help drive the company’s growth by building, guiding, and maintaining relationships with clients. He has a diverse set of skills and first-hand knowledge in the subsea cable industry, including installation engineering and marine construction,” said Gavin Tully, Managing Partner.
With more than 30 years of global experience leading complex infrastructure projects in the telecommunications and offshore operations sectors, Bruce will begin his role as Director of Client Solutions with Pioneer Consulting on June 1, 2025.
Bruce began his career at BT Marine, Cable & Wireless (Marine), and then Global Marine Systems in the UK. After relocating to the US, he managed submarine cable landings along the US west coast and repair operations in the Caribbean. Bruce continued his subsea construction career in senior roles at Ocean Specialists (OSI) and Continental Shelf Associates (CSA) Ocean Sciences, where he led projects in subsea oil and gas communications, ocean observing networks, due diligence assessments and deep-sea monitoring programs. Most recently, he has secured geotechnical site investigation contracts with offshore wind developers and worked on deep-sea impact assessments.
