With over 25 years within the Submarine Telecom Industry, Dave has held senior Engineering and Management roles within major global telecommunication companies. With significant technical and engineering experience on the construction and operations of Submarine and Terrestrial Systems, including responsibilities on global Networks spanning US, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Australasia. Dave has an extensive and proven track record of system implementation and delivery. Dave was previously GBI’s Director of Engineering for eight years and served as IOX’s Chief Technology Officer prior to joining Pioneer.
