Bill has led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex international submarine cable projects, combining technical expertise, strategic business insight, and strong skills to deliver large-scale projects worldwide, while fostering long-lasting client relationships.
Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Optics from the University of Rochester and an MBA in Economics from New York University.
